Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice suitable for all levels. Modelled on Ashtanga yoga, postures are linked in a flowing sequence using breath. This is an energising and often challenging yoga practice. All classes start with sun salutations to warm up then move through a variety of strength and flexibility building postures, ending with some well-earned relaxation.
Every class explores a different sequence, come along and discover some of our fantastic teachers. We offer All levels, Fundamentals and beginners class. All classes are at room temperature.
Amongst the benefits of regular practice are improved muscle tone, weight loss and a noticeable reduction in overall stress levels.

Level 1 Classes – Slower based flow class focused on building the foundations for a safe and rewarding practice. Perfect for those who are attending a beginner’s course & would like to practice between classes or those relatively new to yoga.
Our Beginners Courses are run monthly – Four-week course for getting to grips with the basic practice. Small class size allows for lots of teacher attention in a friendly environment. The course builds technique to give you the confidence to enjoy our regular classes Recommended for those completely new to yoga or in need of a refresher!
Not feel ready for our Level 1 flow classes? Why not try our new Gentle Beginners Class. Gentle Beginners combines gentle Vinyasa Yoga with Restorative & Yin Yoga postures. This entry level class is the perfect follow up to the beginners course for those looking to ease tight muscles, discover deep relaxation and for those unused to regular exercise.
