The workshop will enable you to experience Yoga Nidra with a blend of Satyananda and i-Rest (integrative restoration) influenced practices, enabling you to learn to listen to your body and calm the mind.
This meditative form of self-inquiry creates the conditions to access and reveal your inner wisdom and tap into your innate intelligence. This is something many of us have become disconnected with due to the pace at which we lead our lives and the our everchanging environment.
