Beginners Yoga Course

In this four-week course, we will work on refining the basic postures and start to explore further variations as well as new postures. We will also look at breathing and meditation techniques to still the mind. The course is a natural follow on to the Beginners Course or ideal for students looking to improve alignment.

More individual teacher attention than in our regular classes with limited course size. Four weekly sessions of 1 hour.
