Yoga Nidra / Restorative

Research is showing that mindfulness-based practices, are analogous to neural training regimens. These practices are especially effective, as they appear to target brain plasticity in the areas of sensory, motor, and limbic and prefrontal cortical functioning. These neural pathways are critical to fostering emotional self-regulation, ethical decision-making, resiliency, enhancement of cognitive and emotional skills, and development of empathy and well-being, as well as improving overall physical and mental health.
So come and join our evening meditation class. Claire brings a blend of her yoga nidra and coaching studies with a strong influence from i-Rest, a modern-day adaptation of an ancient practice of healing, relaxation, and well-being from the tradition of yoga.
We run regular workshops with Claire – next workshop is Sunday, 22 November 2020, 2-4pm.
