Kids Yoga Classes

We are delighted to announce we will be putting on regular Kids Yoga classes with the lovely Lara Lawrence  from YogaDabbaDoo during school terms. Classes will be held on Thursday afternoons.

First classes start on 12th September and will run until 17th October and then restart after the half term break. Places are limited to the first 15 booked online per class.
Parents are very welcome to sit in the back of the studio during class or relax with a cup of tea in reception!

Our lovely teacher Lara Lawrence is a qualified primary school teacher who, after seeing the positive impact yoga can have on children facing exam challenges, also trained as a children’s yoga teacher under her brand ‘YogaDabbaDoo’. Kids Yoga

Scheduled Classes

PRESCHOOL (2.5-5yrs) 2.15 – 3pm
This preschool yoga class combines breathing and yoga games in a fun and engaging way suitable for young children. Lots of songs and movement are integrated into the session and we always end with a story or quiet time. Suitable for children aged 2.5-5 years only.

 PRIMARY (5-11yrs) 4.15 – 5pm
During these magical 45min classes, children grow in independence and confidence, as they participate in yoga games and adventures. We have fun learning yoga poses and breathing exercises through engaging games, stories and songs. Every session starts with a group game and breathing exercise and then ends with a short relaxation and some time for mindfulness. Suitable for children aged 5-11 years only.

Term class pack – 6 classes for £48
*Can be shared with siblings*
*Valid for term ending 17th October*
*Any remaining passes can be transferred to the next term for a £5 extension fee*
Single drop in class – £10
*Valid for 1 session only*
Please note as with regular classes there is a 2 hour cancellation policy and no shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours notice will result in the loss of the class pass.
