Absolute Beginner?
We absolutely welcome you!

As a Yoga beginner we suggest you start with the Beginners course or Fundamentals class.  The Beginners course of classes will allow you to learn the correct poses in a smaller class with fellow new starters guided by an experienced teacher. The Fundamentals class is perfect for both complete beginners and those that prefer to take their yoga practice at a slightly slower pace.

Once you feel more confident in your practice feel free to try any of the classes we offer.

Our sports Yoga and deep stretch are suitable to people with no prior yoga practice.

We also have Yin & Meditation classes for you to enjoy. Just let the teacher know that you are new to practice. If you are new to Pilates, start with the beginner class. Pilates is a very precise movement. It can take a bit of time to get the hang of it!  Please be sure to check in at Reception to say hello before your first class and have a chat at any time.

What should I expect from Hot Yoga?
Full details of Class Types can be viewed on the website. Our studios are heated to between 22-23°Celcius. Pleasantly warm but not too hot! The heat allows you to go deeper in your practice, allowing your stretches to open the body with less chance of injury.
What if I am not flexible?
That is a very good reason to do yoga! Practicing yoga is a great way to increase your flexibility. Amongst other benefits Yoga can improve your strength, balance, breath capacity, stress management, sleep and weight loss.
What is the difference between Yoga and Pilates?
The age old question!  Pilates is actually derived from yoga. The primary focus of Pilates is the core muscles (abs, lower back and stabilizers). The core strength that can be developed in Pilates is useful in many activities. Yoga is a complete system of wellbeing with physical, mental and spiritual benefits. Physically Yoga strengthens and tones the entire body, improves flexibility and balance.
Do you offer private sessions?
