Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not issued for class pass purchases
Cancellation & No Show Policy - Classes
Early Cancellations – If you cancel more than 2 hours before the start of class no cancellation charge will be applied. Your pass will be added back to your account to use for another booking.
Late Cancellations – Members: if you cancel within 2 hours of the class start time, you will be charged the full fee (no charge for late cancelling Online classes). If you have a class pass, you will lose a class.
No Show – Members: if you do not turn up for a reserved class, you will be charged the full fee (no charge for No Show Online classes). If you have a class pass, you will lose a class.
Please remember that you must go to our online booking system and remove yourself from the class list. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or email.
Cancellation & No Show Policy - Workshops & Courses
Early Cancellations – If you cancel more than 48 hours before the start of the workshop or first course event no cancellation charge will be applied. Please contact the studio to obtain a refund.
Late Cancellations – If you cancel within 48 hours of the start time you will not be eligible for a refund. No Show – If you do not turn up for a reserved workshop or course, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation of Monthly Membership
After the 3 month minimum joining period, the membership contract moves to monthly with 1 month's notice to cancel (1 month from previous payment)
