Vinyasa Flow is a fun challenging practice suitable for all levels. Traditional Hatha yoga postures are linked using breath. This is a dynamic, flowing yoga practice. All classes start with sun salutations to warm up then move through a variety of strength and flexibility building postures, ending with some well-earned relaxation.
Our classes vary as we do not follow a standard sequence of poses. Among the many benefits of regular practice are improved muscle tone, weight loss and a noticeable reduction in overall stress levels.

We provide three class levels
Fun, dynamic flowing practice. Pace of class varies by teacher. Recommended for everyone including beginners with a basic knowledge of postures
Slower paced class. Postures are held for slightly longer to enable focus on alignment. Recommended for those relatively new to yoga or regulars looking to deepen their practice
Course – Four-week course for getting to grips with the basic practice with fellow new starters. More individual teacher attention than in our regular classes. Recommended for those completely new to yoga
Classes – Perfect for those who are attending a beginner’s course & would like to practice between classes or who would like a slower paced class
