Practising pregnancy yoga can help women adapt to the changes in their bodies in a positive way through safe & effective yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation.
It helps to reduce fatigue and tension while promoting strength, flexibility, increased energy and circulation.
Pregnancy yoga is recommended after 12 weeks
Mums and babies can enjoy this specially designed 45 minutes class.
The class will aid your postnatal recovery through specifically adapted yoga postures. It will include yoga postures which can incorporate your baby (if they are awake and/or want to be involved!), breath work and relaxation. No previous yoga experience is needed but the classes are also suitable for the seasoned yogi. If you have had a Caesarean, please seek your doctor’s advice before attending
Classes are suitable for babies from the age of 6 weeks to crawling (circa 8 months).
