Attain a deeper sense of calm using relaxation and visualisation techniques in our Restorative Yoga Nidra class. This class blends restorative yoga poses with blissful Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra means Yoga sleep, it is a form of meditative self-inquiry which offers complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
This class will help to restore balance in both the body and the mind and is a great tonic for our busy lives.
Benefits include an increased sense of well-being and a more positive and peaceful state of mind. Regular meditation practice helps to clear the mind of useless chatter creating space to focus on the important decisions.
The class is suitable for all levels
