As a Yoga beginner we suggest you start with the Beginners course or Fundamentals class. The Beginners course of classes will allow you to learn the correct poses in a smaller class with fellow new starters guided by an experienced teacher. The Fundamentals class is perfect for both complete beginners and those that prefer to take their yoga practice at a slightly slower pace.
Once you feel more confident in your practice feel free to try any of the classes we offer.
Our sports Yoga and deep stretch are suitable to people with no prior yoga practice.
We also have Yin & Meditation classes for you to enjoy. Just let the teacher know that you are new to practice. If you are new to Pilates, start with the beginner class. Pilates is a very precise movement. It can take a bit of time to get the hang of it! Please be sure to check in at Reception to say hello before your first class and have a chat at any time.
Late Cancellations – If you cancel within three hours of the class start time or fail to turn up for a class you will be charged the full class price.
Early Cancellations – If you cancel more than three hours before the start of class there will be no fee applied. Please remember that you must go to our online booking system to cancel. We do not accept email or phone cancellations.

Additionally, if you are fit and healthy and have an existing yoga practice it is safe to maintain your regular practice as long as certain poses are modified. Please select a yoga class whose teacher has been trained in the pregnancy yoga. Also arrive a few minutes early to discuss modifications with the teacher.
