Beginners Yoga Course

 

YogaWorks London offers very popular four-week beginners yoga courses for getting to grips with the basic yoga practice.

Join a small group of fellow new starters to explore the practice and build confidence.  Each fun, individually tailored session offers lots of teacher attention.

Highly recommended for those completely new to yoga.

“I can’t recommend the Beginners course enough, I was terribly apprehensive about doing Yoga or any form of exercise!! I’d always wanted to know more about Yoga but didn’t want to walk into a class of size 0 & matching outfits!! A friend had convinced me how friendly Phillipa & Nicola are & I wouldn’t feel out of place! For someone’s who’s 52 & not even been inside a gym, the thought was terrifying!!
